Turbo

Hi,

My B7 saloon has just passed 71000 miles with full audi service history. What my question is:

The turbo is always in the back of my mind and was wondering if it could be preserved or serviced to prolong life. Are there any do's & donts?

Also, when cruise is on and say sat at 50 in 6th about 1500 revs, when speeding up with cruise stalk, there is a little judder of hesitation and then speeds up as normal. Had remap done a few months ago, could it be that? Or is this due to the revs and speed in 6th etc etc? Just not sure......
Was gonna get the car on a rolling road to see what comes up?

As with any engine i would start with never reving to high with a cold engine, also it is best to let the turbo cool down with the engine running after a long or a hard drive for a minuite or so :D
