Golf mk5 ABS ESP fault

Started it about 16:20 hrs today and drove of to a crushendo of beeps and flashing lights. The amber ABS light was on, the amber traction control was on and the red brake one was flashing. the red one looks like (o) with ! in the o. VW assistance been and gone. all fixed and have learned information as to why you shouldn't have your car remapped

Indeed, esspecially as i want mine done and im severely paranoid that mine will screw up?
