Hi Everyone,love it.

Hi All,This is my 1st post. Id just like to thank all involved in the site,came across it even before Id bought my Audi and having this site available was a big influence on my Audi purchase,Ive bought privately a A4 19TDi 1999 Avant,having been previously warned off buying an Audi over 3years old as "Your hands will never be out your pocket".I really do love the car,ideal for my needs however after only 450 miles of happy motoring Im already having problems, mainly sudden loss of power and cutting out altogether.After reading through some of the threads on here I checked hoses and coudnt see any obvious damage or loosness in any of them,I then had a look at the fuel filter and as I was able to tighten up by hand a little more,thought maybe this was the problem and Hey Presto car started up and ran fine but only for a short while.I decided to change fuel filter altogether and car ran great for a full week until out of the blue problem has started again,def need vagcom me thinks! Im just hoping that once this problem is sorted I can start enjoying the car,my confidence has been somewhat dented and I really dont want certain people being able to say "I told you so".Anyway love the site,invaluable for the not so experienced like me,Cheers Guys,Oh! and Gals.
