Just picked up the Avant, and need a decent dog guard as have 2 inuits and a Czech Wolf Dog (Avant for very short journeys only with the dogs to the park). The one I'd like is model specific to the RS4 98 on. Do all the B5 Avants have the same rear seat setup, so I could use this in my Avant 110PS SE (late november 97 manufactured, registered 98)?
Well just won an auction for a high quality dog guard for nly £26+postage, although it's specced for a 98+ model, which I just can't see being any different. They didn't change the rear seat layout after 98 surely?
Have bought the 98+ model, and checked my neighbours '99 avant and the seat layout looked the same so will let everyone know I guess.
