    Door wiring harness faults?

    Hi. Can anyone tell me if the 8V models still suffer with broken wires in the door harness like pretty much all the older VAG models seem to suffer from?

    The source of the problem is now exposed - sheared off bolt on the tensioner pulley, sigh!

    It depends, some are the awful 0B5 DSG and some the 0BK slush box but all are trouble, reliability has been sacrificed on the Altar of Carbon Dioxide

    Yes, it is based on wheel speed from the ABS ECU, I can’t imagine the temp sender having an influence but it could be digitally linked to take into

    This is for my wife, she is on here 4th Audi and her 3rd A6, current one is an Allroad, all have been good cars with the 3.0 v6 diesel, current Allroad

    With this system I thought there was no module fitted for the TPMS. It was the ABS module which monitored the Tyres via the speed sensors ie their circumference.
