Hi I've found a set of four ( 18x8J Offset is 45 ) Shadow Monza 2*replica, and was
just wondering what's the best tyres to put on, please can any
one help with sizes. Also read that vredestien ultrac sessantas are good, but which Ones ? 225 or 245, the car has currently got 17's and has not been lowered.

what make are they sorry , hoping to change them soon and keep for original 17's for winter, also read that the replicas are little heavier than the originals, and alot harder for tyre companies to put tyres on them without damaging the rims.

Not sure what make the wheels are but the tyres are autogrip and cost a massive £39 each fitted, before you laugh I really can't fault the grip they offer, but will have to wait and see how they wear, the local tyre place didn't have a problem fitting them and Imho I don't think they weighed much more than my standard 15in alloys hope this helps bud

I've found some tyres on eBay but they are
245 40 18. Do you think these will be suitable, for the monza alloys I'm getting.

IMHO 245/40 would be a little to big, have a look at my profile pics and u will see what 225/40 look like on the rims, also 245 will prob have a much bigger rolling radius than what u need so could put ur speedo out a fair bit
