TDI 170 Sport W Button

Hi Guys,

I have recetly bought a TDI 170 Sport and noticed a "W" button which doesn't work. It sits quite close to where the ESP button is.

Does anyone know what purpose this serves?

I cant say for sure and happy to be corrected but guess it's W for winter driving, I have the same button on mine but not looked into it...

I guess if it said S for super charger or T for Turbo i'd get very excitied.... Lol

its the winter program.

it reduces torque to the driving wheels on snow / ice / mud.

i was puzzled by this button for a while when i first saw one.

in all honesty though it actually doesnt seem to do much when you use it anyways.
