The colour of my car is Graphite Blue metallic and I have got some scratches on my door which are down to primer. I must have grazed them against the hedge I have at one side of the driveway.
Can anyone advise on the best way of removing them or at the very least the best way to try and blend it back into the paintwork.
Too much choice in Halfords and I don't want to make things any worse.
Thanks.
if it's down to the primer you should let a pro sort it out, you could very easily make it worse.
I'd cut the hedge back too..

If you want to have a go yourself, check out the paint colour code on the Veh Data Sticker. You can then purchase the exact touch-up paint with lacquer for reasonable prices - I paid £6.95 from a VAG Dealer. Try an InterWeb search for the best price. At least it will cover up the scratch and protect it.

For around £50 + vat one of the Dents away / scratch repair guys will usually do a very good job. Go on recommendations on who you use .

agree totally - metallics can be tricky so DIY can be a risk - these chipsaway type operations are all franchises - some are very good (others less so), so if you can get a recommendation that's the way to go

Well I've mensioned this before in the other scratch/paint topics. We have a auto body and paint section at the college where I work. I have the odd scuff on my paintwork thats because the students play football in the carpark, ba****ds. They recommend to use Farecla G3 Compound (http://www.passionauto.co.uk/products/car-care/scratch-removal/farecla-g3-regular-grade-paste-compound-400g.php) or eBay. Now if it has gone down to the base coat then the touchup sticks are a good place to start. ;)
