2005 sdi, brakes were awfull so changed discs and pads alround. It works fine except when stationary if I put my foot on the brake with the engine running it goes down slowly. I bled the brakes alround so shouldn't be any air in the system. Could the master cylinder seals be weak, its done 134k.

Does the foot pedal pump up and hold its position when ignition switched off?? like not creep to the floor

hi
just done a long journey and brakes work fine the juddering I used to get has gone and it brakes strongly. Pedal is hard with ignition off, doesn't pump up, just with engine running when stationary the pedal will go down slowly under firm pressure.
