Unfortunately the PDI wasn't great - the car is missing carpet mats and, would you believe it, a parcel shelf!! Waiting for a phonecall back from the dealer.

That's always annoying when they don't do their PDI properly..where was this by the way..?

The car is leased, but was ordered through Breeze VW in Poole. Found a few sticker marks on the car too, PDI must've been rushed :(

I would imagine that these PDIs are the scantiest, most briefest things they do, to be honest, after all there's no money in it for them. Just be thankful that there is oil in the sump (have you checked!!!)?

My car's leased as well (from LEX) but Inchgate in Swindon couldn't have been more helpful. The car was presented in pristine condition and the handover was superb. I live near Breeze VW in Poole and, so far, they've also been extremely helpful with a couple of problems.
