Only one poster here that i know has fitted any aftermarket headunit, and that was a Clarion unit. search for clarion and you should find the details and how to instructions.
in the dash aperture there is a small shelf area above where the headunit sits to put the gps receiver

Thanks, Stuart.
I was aware of the Clarion unit but the advertising is extremely disegenuous - you need to purchase another component which costs nearly £100 before the Clarion can actually receive mobile calls. The Blaupunkt is all inclusive....

That'd be me that fitted it - and my Clarion unit requires a module, but I'm sure there are others that don't. Me, I don't miss the BT option.

or any other replacement with bluetooth hands free?
I've had a look around & Kenwood & Alpine also do them - but the Kenwood also needs an additional unit - designed apparently by Parrot so should work
I'd like a hands free & hate having bits added on to a professionally designed interior so a swap over of the audio unit would seem a good bet provided that a) it works OK & b) doesn't cost the earth
anyone out there with views / experience?

Is it all inclusive, or do you need a fascia adaptor, wiring loom etc ?
