Help help i need a turbo

:aargh4::aargh4::aargh4::aargh4: Could anyone please help me, i need a turbo for my mark 5 vw golf. the engine code is BKD, i understand that the turbo is common fault. my turbo is constantly whisteling like a police siren. Someone told me the a vein has slipped in the turbo and even when ideling is whistels until i rev it.
