Electric Window switch pack, How to remove door card ?

I need to change the switch pack for the electric windows on the Golf, (drivers side) Passgener window will not close, (works perfect using passenger switch.

Any one know how to access the switch pack?

Does the full door card have to come off?

Where are all the access screws?

remove small trim in back of door inner handle and switch pack pulls out in a upwards direction
the switch pack is held into the handle by several small screws
