Windscreen replaced and now radio reception problems!

Hi, I had my windscreen replaced recently (1.9tdi SE 2001) after it cracked in the cold. However, since then my radio reception, which used to be spot on, is now very patchy. I drive to work through the highlands and I used to have a clear signal for both Radio 5 and the FM channels. Now the reception is rubbish.
It is definately since the windscreen was changed.
Is there a reason for this and is there a cure?

If it's only just been changed, go back to the company that did it and explain that your radio reception has gone to pot since having the new screen fitted. They could have damaged/pinched a cable in either the a-pillars or dash top area when fitting it.

Radio aerials are in th rear screen and side screen so I am at a loss why changing the front screen would effect this. Regards Peter
