Rear window washer

I have a problem with my rear window washer the pipe is blocked somewhere. Its ok from where it goes from the wiper thru the boot lid i disconnected it between the boot lid and roof and can blow thru it no problem from the roof to the back wiper I don't have a leak if i try and blow from the pipe at the windscreen washer motor i can't blow thru it. With the pipe of at the motor water comes out the motor when i press to wash the back window so the motor is ok can anyone tell me the route the pipe takes so i can check the pipe for a blockage. The pipe might have been blocked deliberately as when i got my golf the back wiper motor was knackered and when i replaced it looked like the old one had been leaking

Lots of posts about rear washers if you go back a bit. There may be a non return valve in the line which could be why you can't blow through it.

i've had a look and when I search all i find is problems with the windscreen wash leaking. i tried blowing thru from the washer bottle side in the direction the washer fluid flows and its blocked any idea where the non return valve is??

Sorry, no. I'm not even sure if VW have them but other manufacturers do. Favourite place for a blockage is in the jet itself - I cleared a Polo's jet by removing the pipe from the wiper motor and squirting water backwards through the nozzle with a big syringe. If it's the pipe that's blocked you may succeed doing the same from say the wiper motor to the connection under the seat belt reel and from there back to the wash bottle. Non return valves I've seen were on the pump itself.

Cheers i know the nozzle is clear its somewhere from the washer bottle to where it goes from the roof out to the boot lid i'll try and have a look at it tomorrow if i get finished early if not it'll be Saturday any idea of the route of the pipe from the back passenger side quarter is it along the passanger side or the driver side ?

We have a 2004 54 reg Audi A4 we have just fixed the rear windscreen washer but now the motor is leaking is there a diagram for the inside of the motor and how do we fix the leak please.
