Today i fitted my set of jamex coilovers on my 1998 GTTDI and i thought i would give them a bit of a review.
The build quality seems to be upto a decent standard and the look nice with the blue springs and blue anodised rear spring adjusters, not that you see them when there fitted but hey.. The fiiting was fine with no problems with anything being the wrong shape or size and overall they seem good so far.
The ride is a little bouncy at the moment and isnt going to be as smooth as you would get with some of the other bigger brands but i wouldnt describe it as crashy or harsh, i collected a set of wheels with tyres on today and with them in the boot the ride was alot less bouncy and more comfortable but im obviously not going to carry them aroung in the boot to improve the ride.
ill post up some pics when ive fitted my new wheels and have given it a wash.
They were very cheap (£190) including delivery from ebay!
