RNSE Plus Sat Nav not working

Hello All

My Sat Nav just seems to keep spinning the disk then displays unreadable disk. When i try and eject the disk it wont eject it. #

Does anyone know what the problem is? or where i can get it fixed?

The nav prolly has the transport lock on, so it won't eject, this can be removed with VCDS.
You could have a dirty laser, try a cleaning disc once you have the nav disc out.
The lasers are known to fail but can be replaced

i had to open the sat nav up to get the disk out. It wont even feed a disk in. Do you know anywhere i can get it repaired?
