Audi Allroad sat nav - not picking up any GPS satellites - what do I do?

Hello,
Just wondering if anybody has any idea why my built in sat nav system has suddenly decided to stop picking up any satellites? Is it a quick fix thing or do I need to take it to a garage to fix?
Suggestions would be welcome, thank you.

try taking stereo out and connect another gps ant to it,not sure if it will work but they are only cheap
