now, to help you with your problem, we need a bit more info. knowing what car it is would help, as well as exactly what happens. which shaft falls out, when does it do it etc etc...if you also post your question in the relevant section it will help you get a quicker reply, unless its not a vag vehicle, in which case you are in the correct section and i offer my sincere apologies.
