InsurNce seems to be more problmatic than my old e320 eclass

any suggestions on good places for a price ?

I collected mine yesterday. 10 Plate 3.0TDI Sline. £80 for 1 day insurance cos my current insurer closed at that time, so can't do a insurance swicth from the car I part exchanged.
I tried to play the quotation online, no where can get less than £2000.00.
5 Years license, 5 years NCB, 27 Years old, underground resident parking.
No idea what will happen at the time I call my insurer up after I wake up.
