You need a fault code read of the system. Have you tried closing the windows using the key in the drivers door lock and holding it on lock for a few seconds?

Double check fuse 11 on the relay carrier or check that the red/black to the 15 pin connector at the CCM has 12V permanent live

hi crasher, sorry to be a pest with this wet ccm . i checked the windows with the key in the fully locked position and the locks worked fine but no windows.i checked terminal 15 in both plugs at the ccm no power at all and position 11 on the fuse board has no fuse or terminals for a fuse on this passat,is there any way to get the window up or does it need a power supply from the ccm,is there and way to check the ccm or is it just a replacenent job. any help at all would be very much appreciatedl
