Hi,
I would be grateful if anyone could shed any light on an issue I have with my 2000 Audi A3 1.9TDI. Having searched the net and other posts on this forum, I am yet to find anyone with this issue...
Each of the diesel injector's fuel return pipes have, over the last few weeks, 'blown off' after being replaced by a mechanic due to wear and tear. This has never been an issue before and the new pipes appear to be securely fixed (with jubilee clips adding extra security). However, they still come off under regular driving conditions.
They require significant force to be removed by hand but seem to be prone to coming off.
Can anyone offer any advice or shed any light as to what may be the cause?
Thanks
