How to change indicator in door mirror

Looks like my indicator has had it. How easy are they to change?

The mirror cover "pops" off so it should be simple enough.

Really, it does come off easily. :)

You don't want to change it in the cold. You have to lever off the glass, lever out some more plastic connectors behind, unbolt the bottom section and then unbolt the indicator. If it is cold the plastic will be brittle and you may break bits.

Or wait until some moron drives into your car, smashing the mirror housing and do it then...

(Yes, I'm still ****** off about that one...)

Yes , I can see your point. Plastic is very brittle when its cold. Roll on the summer :D
