Were these Avus Alloys avaible in the UK?

Wondering if these were an optional extra in the UK?

They look like 16" or 17" and im sure i may have seen them on a Jetta/Passat in the UK, wondering if anyone could shed some light on it.

Yes they were available in the UK.

Got a feeling the V6 Passats had ones like this. The style is the same as the Avus II that the Golf TDI's have (15inch), but the Passat ones were a bit bigger, 16inch possibly.
