Sun Visor Removal?

It's a bit of a strange request this one...
Does anyone know how to remove the sunvisor mounts, more importantly, the ones closest to the centre line of the car (picture on the left)?

(Why? - I want to remove it to slide a bracket underneath it for a microphone and then replace it)

Elsawin states that you should insert a trim removal tool about 1mm underneath the centre mount and prise it off. Dont insert any deeper as it will interfer with the holder. I'll ppost a pic in a minute
