GOLF 03 plate - rear doors wont open HELP!

My two back doors will not open they are closed and cant open from inside or out!

Does anyone know what part is required to fiox this and how much am i lookin to get them both done?

Any help would be appreciated!

You need a code read. It could be a can-bus wire problem or even two faulty doors. A code read will tell you if the ccm has lost communication with the doors.

I did take it to a garage and they said it would cost me £400 because of the labour but didnt actually tell me what the problem was!
Do you think that sounds about right ?

Look in the vag-com section on here. See if someone will code read it for you. It could be something as simple as damaged wires or it could be faulty door modules. Only a code read will give you a hint.
