Well boys and girls, I get married this year (2nd to last day of the year but still this year!) and the diet starts now.
Anyone else hitting the gym etc for the New Year?
If so, (and if you are comfortable in doing so) stick your name below with your targets etc and we can push each other along.
I'll start.
Current: 15 st (210lbs)
Target: 13st 3lbs (185lbs)
Lost to date: 2.5lbs

Bought the wife a membership for the local gym for Christmas.
I can now sit on the couch eating junk and watching mind numbing TV without being nagged.
Currently – Happy
Target – to remain so, but in peace!

I will bet you £50 you only use it a few times and that by the end of February you use it to hang your shirts on http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif
I joined british military fittness http://www.britmilfit.com/ and its the best thing i did, cancelled the gym and now i go runing along the canal and up and down hills for fun. Lost 3 stone in 9 months. I put 6 pound on over Xmas but i know training and running it will go in 2 weeks. All the best though and keep us informed as to your progress. Remember to count your calories as that is the main reason for not loosing the weight.
