My rear washer has stopped spraying water for some reason in this cold weather. I have removed the black plastic cover and pulled of the plastic washer jets and cleaned those but to no avail. The pump sounds ok and i can't find any washer liquid (tho ive not really looked to tell u the truth) in the boot.
Any help/info etc would be much appreciated.

Wait for a dry day (could be some time away in this god-forsaken weather). You've possibly forced the pipe off the pump. Couple of points. One is at the passenger footwell (behind plastic trim next to door hinge), or at the boot hinge itself. Check the carpet is dry or if there are drips from the car when you're trying to use it.:D

Can anyone tell me how to remove the trim in the passenger footwell to get to the washer connection to see if it has come off?

Frozen water bottle?
Does it contain concentrate/antifreeze?
Could be a simple fix :D

It's a triangle of trim. Fairly sure it's just a couple of philips screws that hold it in place. One is probably behind a little plastic fascia which will prize off. On the B5 model it sits under the lip of the lower sill trim. You'll see what I mean. Akward job, means you have to get down and dirty in the footwell.:D
