A4 S LINE TDI 140 CONVERTIBLE starting problems

my 2006 a4 tdi has developed a starting problem it will start ok then after a run it struggles to start you have to crank it for a long time before it fires i have checked the glowplugs all ok and all have 12v supply when starting also had battery checked thats ok fully charged and ok under load. Run out of things to check before i take it in to dealer problem is intermitent but getting worse any ideas or know faults.

My A3 has the same problem. I asked on here last month and was told that 100% it's the starter - apparently it gets weak and this shows when hot. I ignored this advice and replaced my temp sensor....still have the problem!
