Audi MMI Video interface

I am new to the forum so apologies for any mistakes. Has anyone tried one of these, if so what do you think –

I am thinking of a purchase specifically to connect a rear view camera. Main question is instead of connecting it to pin 16 (which i assume connects to the NAV button), as per the instructions, can anyone provide which pin is for the TV button on the MMI panel as i would prefer not to connect it to the NAV button.
I am only considering this as i do not have funds for a TV tuner, too expensive. I have an A6, (C6) 55 plate Audi with MMI high and DVD sat nav.

Thanks Ben. the first two Links are for RNS which are no good for me as i have MMI in my A6.

The kufatec is a little rich for me. the harness is not bad

but you as i dont have factory fitted TV, looks like i will have to is not replace the display interface @ 600 EUR too rich for me.

my 55 plate A6 has one but ive only just bought it. seems like they sold it me without the box in the back! so nothing works

I have installed an AV unit now and i need some help please.
Can i tap into the reverse circuit from under the glove box or do i have to run a wire to the boot and connect it to the reverse bulb, how do i find the wire ? Its for the rear view camera, i want the Av unit to auto switch when i put the car into reverse. Thanks
