Headlight Problem

Hey folks!

Bit of a headlight problem. Symptoms:-

Both dipped headlights dont work.
No voltage at the lamp holder.
RH Dipped, LH Dipped, and Dipped headlight control fuses are fine.
Both Main beam headlights work.
Both Side lights work.

I think its pointing towards a relay.

Where are the headlight relays? (pulling all the relays behind the drivers side facia doesnt seem to kill the main beam lights)

Haynes manual was next to no help.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Did you have any luck fixing this? I've got a similar problem on my A4, but only with the RH dip. Changed the bulb, swapped fuses, nothing.
