Hi all.
Just took the car for a car wash and got water leaking from the front centre courtesy light unit.
Any ideas where the leak could have come from? There is no sunroof. Likely front windscreen? If so, what can I do about it?
Tried to remove it to have a look and ended up snapping it, so ordered a new one. What's the procedure for removal?
Thanks in advance.

I would wait to see if it leaks in the rain. A car wash has water jets at strange angles and high pressure. If it don't leak in everyday use, just avoid the car wash. If it is ascreen leak, you will have to get it removed and resealed.

What did you snap, the light? You have to prise out the lens with a thin knife and then you can see two big phillips screws. Even then, it is held in the roof-lining quite tight from being fitted for years I think and takes judicious wiggling and prising.

I got it now thanks, I snapped the grey plastic where the switches are. Discovered afterwards that it's the clear bit I should have prised off first. Oops.
Related to this, The light no longer works and neither do the lights above the sun visors, but the rear courtesy lights and footlights still operate.
Anyone know if this will be a fuse or some other problem. They were fine before the water and I've checked all the fuses in the panel near the drivers door.
Thanks
