Passenger door won't unlock after overnight big freeze!

Defrosting the car this morning I discovered that the passenger door wouldn't unlock from the outside!

Could the mechanism have iced up then blown a fuse on the central locking? The rear passenger door opened but was really frozen up

All other doors are ok

Is it that it won't unlock or that the seal is frozen to the surround?
