Does anyone know where easiest connection to test the central locking on the rear door?

Mine doesn't actuate and I'm assuming you can just put 12V to some pin to see if its the actuator, or the CCM???

I think there is a connector in the b-post where the wires go across into the door. Sometimes the wires get damaged at that point.

The locks are can controlled

Does this mean they can't be easily controlled?

A fault code from the CCU will show up any faults, other than that you can check the power supply and the can-bus wiring to the door

It means you can't "power up" the lock to test it. If you try, you will blow the electronics in the door module.

I thought as much.

Hmm... well off with the door armour it is...

Anyone know how to release the window from the actuators? It looks like 2 plastic split dowels, no idea how they work...

If you're still struggling with pin in the window glass, buy a new pin and drill out the old one. It was only 35p but took the partsman a while to find on his screen. It was listed in the glass section rather than the regulator - makes sense! A 9mm drill took out the middle pin, after which the outer pushed out. Lots of threads suggest tapping it out but I hit it as hard as I feel comfortable hammering glass and it would'nt move.

Even having got this lot all off I'm still no further. Can't see how the lock can be removed without breaking it up. At the moment I can't even get the wire plug off the lock unit, its got a mystery clip system that you cannot see, probably some sort of German humour, possibly the same sort of humour that puts a box of electrics under the carpet in a footwell.

Beginning to wish I'd kept the Peugeot

Is it a solid or a hollow pin. You can get hollow pins out by screwing in a self taper and giving it a good pull.

Thats a damn good idea. As it was a mate got it out by picking at it enough :)

Thanks for the help!!
