Incorrect outside temperature

I have been putting up with it for a few months now but I have finally had enough!!!! Anybody got any ideas as to why the outside temperature is showing a good 4-5degrees lower than it actually is? Could anyone tell me where the sensor etc is.

Have a look in front of the rad, low down you might have to get under the car.
