And tell us a bit more i.e. does it always misfire? Only when cold/warm? At tickover, during driving only?

Have you checked the basics like all your leads are well connected and all plugs in good condition?

Ease up boys and girls! First off, hello mate welcome to the forum.

As for your misfire, first things I'd check is the plugs, then ht leads, then your coils. 9 times out of 10 it'll be the plugs or leads, although on another audi forum it seemed everyone was having trouble with coils.
More info would help, when was it last serviced, mileage, how long have you owned it and has it just developed the misfire, where in the rev range is it messing about(under load or tick over or both), any mods to it??

I'm confused by this?? Being a P-reg and an A3 then surely this is the right section??
