Can I torque locking wheel bolts?

I don't see any reason why they cannot be torqued in the same way...

yes you can. treat as per normal bolts, but dont let a monkey with an air gun anywhere near them. you can use an air gun , but really gently.

I've got an air gun, however I only use it on awkwardly tight bolts
