After all my problems with the turbo going to limp mode I finaly got it fixed, VW dealers wanted to put new turbo after they replaced N75 and other things like MAF sensor ect, spend a lot money, today took my car to local garage for double check before I get new turbo, after 2h my car is fixed with out a turbo that is the little fela that cose all my problems take a look at pic, it was located just around heder tank (coolant tank) it was rubing on some kind of metal.

My mechanic said it is very unlikely that is the turbo it self problem if you get this code 17964 better of paying £74 for checking and fixing then getting new turbo for around £600+ and then you back to the same problem.
He just made my day :D Car drives like new and I hope it will stay like that for some time now.
I must say it was stupid of my not checking the plastic pipes my self I only look at ruber ones.
