vcds program shuts down on scan

I have a new gendan cable and connected to 2000 allroad 2.5tdi, it run initial test ok, but when I go into individual module the program just closes.

I have re installed drivers correctly and I an baffed.

Anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?

I have problems with parking sensors and alarm I want to resolve.

What interface are you using, what version of VCDS (Vag-Com) and what are the computer details?

What are the exact results from Options> Test?
