Setting the Clock / Trip Computer Manual?

I have a 2002 Audi A3 1.8 T Sport. I've got my head around certain parts of the trip computer (i.e. how to reset the average MPG) but can't work out how to set the time! Also if anyone has a PDF explaining other stuff about the trip computer (i.e how to change to Miles Per Litre, What that 1 MPH in a circle thing is) that'd be cool.

If I don't update it now it'll bug me until my next service in 4000 miles! :D

After some more fiddling I came across how to do it. I'll now explain as no doubt someone will come across this during a search.

The black button under the clock can also be pulled out. Pull it towards you and the hour will start to flash. Then twist it left or right to move it down or up. Pull it towards you again to move onto the minutes etc and when you get to the year, pull it twice to save it.

Any ideas about the other questions?

Thats to turn off the interior motion sensors for the alarm (if you have a dog or child in the car while you park)

It only turns it off once tho, after you have unlocked the car it resets
