Does anybody know how to remove the rear passenger door trim card for access to window mechanism?

The left rear passenger window is playing up on my A4 B7, does anybody know how to remove the door trim/card? The last thing I want to do is to break something knowing my clumsy moves!!!!

pull trim off the lond trim across screws under that and at bottom of door when all remover pull the card upwards comes off prety easy
