Hi everyone :D,
I have recently moved from Manchester to London. I have got most of my stuffs transported using a home moving company, except for the car which I didn't have time to drive it from Manchester to London.
Any advice on the best way I can get it transported to London? At the moment I'm considering either to hire a driver or to call a transport company and get it traillered.

How did you get from Manchester to London then?
get a train to manchester and drive back.

most car transport people charge at least £1.50/ mile to move a car, so i would get to manchester (train, hitchike, walk etc) and drive it back, presuming its all legal.
i hate it when someone else gives the same suggestion at the same time, so call up your recovery company, tell them its broken down and get it home for free.

if you have "relay"cover, drive it around the block, and when it "breaks down",give the london address as it's destination.

Or pay one of your mates to drive it down for you??
You could fly from the city of London Airport to Manchester for £60 (50 min flight and then drive home?

"Best" way?
What do you mean? Give us a clue.
You could mean the cheapest way, you could mean the quickest way or anything in between.
Either way I think you have your answer in the midst of all the replies already posted.
Would the car not have to be "broken" for your breakdown Co. to move it....
