Will back seats from a 2007 model fit a 2003 car?

I need to replace the rear seats in my 53 plate 3 door A3 and have been offered a good price on a rear seat from a 2007 3 door car. Will this fit directly or are the 2 seats different?

Assuming your 53 plate is an 8L chassis, and the 2007 is an 8P chassis....I would guess not.
