Bleeding Brakes

Anyone know the correct order for bleeding the brakes on a VW polo 1.2
3cyl AZQ eng 2003? I need to change the fluid on my car and I know it is not farthest to nearest from the master cyl.

WHAT ABS SYSTEM HAVE YOU GOT ON CAR?
teves 60 bleed fronts then rears then carry out abs bleed with diag machine
on other system bosch 5.7 bleed right rear then left rear then right front then left front then apply brakes and then let off bleed nipple to release fluid and do up repeat this 5 times on all calipers/cylinders as directed above then carry out abs bleed with diag machine
