central locking not working on second blip

I have a Passat 2002 1.9d 130ps man est. The central locking does not open the passenger and rear doors on the second press of the key blip. They open with the door mounted switch. There are no fault codes showing from a diagnostic check. The wiring looks in tack by the body control module. Any ideas ?

try opening the doors manually from the lock and then putting your key in the ignition turn onto red lights and press the unlock, lock and boot open buttons a few times and then try it....this worked for me

I has similar trouble with mine, however i was pressing the button twice very quickly and for some reason it wouldnt open the back door. Its mostly okay now if i press once- leave a few seconds and then press again
