Retro fitting audi concert 2

Hi,

Im putting a double din Audi A4 concert 2 radio into my car to replace the single din Audi Concert radio.

I bought an RNSE adaptor which fits perfectly however the new stereo does not turn on. The adaptor came with some instructions but im not sure what to do.

Ive attached the instructions below. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

make sure both of 12 volt supplys and the earth are connected correctly

OKay the Reverse + 12v has no wire - what does it mean connect to reverse wire?

I have some spare wires left over as i took the ones for the phone out.
