Help!! - Removing door cards

Hi all,

Ive recently purchassed a A3 1.8T Sport, I need to remove the door cards to replace the damaged mirrors, but cant seem to get them off!! Any idea, or advice??

Look at the grip moulding from underneath, remove screw, and remove grip moulding downwards.
Remove 2 screws behind grip moulding.
Remove 2 screws from outer ends of door card (towards top)
Lift the door moulding upwards about 20cm and remove foam seal and disconnect cables.

Job done..
