Coolant Problem

My A4 is over a year old, no major problems apart from recently when the coolant level was dropping and there was no sign of any leaks. After being in the Audi garage for two days I got it back after most of the bottom half of the engine was replaced. Thank heavens it was still under warranty as the work would have cost me a few thousand pounds.

Anyone else had coolant level dropping?
