DIS fit washer problem

Hi all,
I have succesfully fitted DIS to my 52plate (2003 model year) A4 avant 1.9 tdi Quattro.
The washer warning light is on all the time.
I purchased repair wire prt number 000 979 020 (1 set of S) Its a yellow wire with male connections each end.
But its a female connector thats needed for inside pin1 of blue connector. Can anyone help??

You have to earth the blue wire or the light will remain on.

Blue wire?? There shouldn't be a wire in Pin 1 on a B6.

Not sure if you have the correct repair wire there, two ticks.
