NS Front head light loose

Hi All

Just noticed today while parked in front of my Garage door that the NS front head light is vibrating up and down

I noticed the light shining on the garage door was not stable when the engine is running and i can also feel the lens is slightly loose

This must really annoy people coming the other way when driving :(

Any advice where to tighten up or previous exsperiances
